At MedClaims, we like to think of ourselves as Benefit Advocates.  As Benefit Advocates, we seek to hold insurance companies accountable for the benefits that they have contractually obligated themselves to provide.

People pay insurance premiums in order to secure financial protection against unforeseen medical expenses and it is unacceptable for an insurance company to shy away from the promises it made when the insurance contract was sold to the member.

We vigorously enforce contractual obligations and will always advocate for an insurer to pay the benefits it promised it would under the terms of the insurance contract.

MedClaims is an Account Resolution Firm, not a collection agency.  The tactics used by collection agencies often mar the reputation of a hospital.  MedClaims operates at a higher sophistication level than a collection agency and will never harm the reputation of the hospitals we represent.
