Legal Services 

We are different than other claim resolution firms because we also offer our clients a full range of legal services.  Upon receiving a claim, we conduct an initial evaluation in order to spot any potential legal issues.  As claims are worked by our staff of investigators, our legal department is continually monitoring the progress of claims and advising our investigators on a host of claim-specific legal issues including the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA"), COBRA, and State insurance laws.

In addition to the investigations we conduct on behalf of our hospitals, we also have the ability to pursue litigation, whether it be against a large commercial insurer, a private employer, or a decedent's estate.
